I don’t see any mounting points on the fork or seat stay, but also this is a very low res image. I think you should be able to find a universal fit rear rack that could strap/clamp to the frame but I don’t have experience with those setups. Good luck!

I want to bike to be able to carry stuff without needing to wear a backpack. I need something that can carry a bag with a laptop in it. Is there anything that can mount on this frame? Its a Golden Cycle 55cm fixed.

    Any bike wisdom is welcome

I can’t tell from the photo if there are any eyelets on the rear dropouts or barrel mounts on the seat stays. Also, what’s the frame made of? If it’s carbon, then the answer is probably “no.”

a seatpost rack only, by the looks of it. You could also do one that straps on your (edit) seatstay.

  5. There are baskets that attach to the front axle and front brake mount that would probably work

  6. There are front baskets that mount on the steerer and front brake mount, such as this one: https://www.urbane.cz/doplnek/kosik-na-kolo-tokyobike

Some brands like Old Man Mountain have fit kits for bikes that aren’t made for racks. I can’t speak to their quality since I haven’t actually tried them myself.
