Hey! I’ve been trying to drive as little as possible and while I love my no gear retrospect bike, I’m thinking about getting a used bike that might be more road friendly. I’m really short (5ft) and have trouble finding things, but this univega looks promising. Going to check it out later, but if anyone has any opinions or suggestions definitely let me know!

Check out used bikes at an independent bike shop. You should be able to get foo fitting advice from a knowledgeable person, as well.
I’d say if it’s under $75 then go for it. Anything more than that and I’d look somewhere else. You should be able to find a bike from this century in the $250 range. It’ll be much easier to repair and upgrade a newer bike.
It’s impossible to say based on this one poor photo. Please upload more.
Many Univegas were built by Miyata, so they are generally well built bicycles, but as with most brands they range from cheap entry level to expensive high- end. I can’t tell any details from this Pic.
