she just does not want to seat the right way. i’ll pull the bead into the bead well on one section and it’ll just pull out of the other side of the tire and further down the same side.
i’ve tried windex, i’ve made sure both the bead and the rim are clean, i can’t figure it out. i don’t wanna take it to a shop but i feel like i gotta.

Make sure the rim tape or rim strip.has not crept over towards the rim bead.
Try soapy water and give it some air. Max air.
it doesn’t pop out when you air it up? Is it tubeless?
Is the valve stem seated all the way against the rim?
I’m not sure what problem you’re actually having. At the bottom of the frame in your pictures is what the tire is supposed to look like. If you over inflate them a little they’ll usually pop out into the bead. If that doesn’t work I usually put about 20psi in them and try to roll the tire away from me using the first set of knuckles, right at the top of your palm.
Park PTS-1.
Some tire/rim combinations don’t want to seat without some extra leverage.
As others have mentioned, use soapy water. Bounce it on the ground a bunch of times while inflated, leave it overnight at maximum pressure. It will go eventually.
look, take it with a grain of salt but pumping your tire to max rated psi and tapping it lightly on the ground has never let me down. **not a bike mechanic**
I use to up the PSI to max and add 10 PSI every couple mins (to a point, it will just eventually blow up) but I would eventually get it to pop before it got to the scary PSI point haha
When you add soapy water, make sure to deflate the tire most of the way. Fold the tire over and literally squirt/spread soapy water on he inside of the rim between the tire and bead. Then overinflate the tire slowly to get it to pop into place. Source: Am professional bike mechanic.
use some soapy water!
put it on steel rim and crank it to 100. then try it bck in the right rim.
Max inflation pressure, sit it in the sun for a while, and if that still doesn’t work, use a door jamb to pinch the tire while you “pry” against the side of the tire.
I use isopropyl alcohol. It has never failed me.
