What was the thieves plan here? Was one going to ride off on it? There’s no way they were going to quickly throw it in the vehicle. “Hold up sir, while I remove the front wheel and try a few different angles to get it in the back. Oh boy, my friend here can’t fit in the back seat with it, give me your phone so we can get him an uber.”
