Well, one could weld it, but I would be curious about how that happened and what else that event did to the bike

Toss. Aluminum frames are heat treated. Welding them ruins the heat treatment, not to mention unless you’re friends with a welder, it’ll probably cost 1-200$. Scrap it and move on. Donate the parts.

Done. Sorry. Strip it down, hang the frame on the wall.
