It's been ages (over 10 years) since I removed this Thomson stem on my Waterford. Trying to figure out if that smaller hole above the other bolt is hiding an even smaller bolt that I'd need to also loosen to remove the stem. I got a quad lock mount so I need to remove a spacer from this stack. This stem dates back to 2006.
