I think you will have a hard time getting value out of the changes you made to the bike. If you kept the parts you upgraded I would revert to stock except for the handlebars and sell the parts individually.
If you go with 66% MSRP of $1400 = $925, add in half the value of the wheels and the seatpost ~$400 you are back within spitting distance of the MSRP of the base bike 1325. If you take some really good pictures, show the value of the changes you made, and have proof of a recent tuneup maybe that is possible. I think you will get offers a lot closer to 1k.
