I have a Scott e-bike where some of the surface treatment/coating is missing on the fork (see photo). Should I do something to prevent future damage? What do you recommend that I do?

I would seal it with black paint.
Is that one of those newfangled cement framed bicycles? How does it ride? I bet it’s *awfully* rigid.
