How do I stop my crank from spinning like that? I bought this hub used and then I touched its springs, my old crank didn't spin that much, but I bought a used Thunderbolt this week and now every time I ride it goes like this, it really bothers me when I'm making decisions because it keeps hitting my leg, what could be causing this? (I suspect the BB bearings are a bit bad, they spin very freely).

Mine did this when I put new paw springs in and they took a while to break in and loose some of their brand new bounce.
But you could also clean up the driver and the paw springs, check the hub bearings, make sure you have proper tension on your chain (not too loose, not too tight) and make sure everything is adequately lubricated.
Is the chain really tight, I’m guessing it’s a really tight chain.
It looks like the pawl got stuck and the spring that holds it broke. If the spring is radial and single, then the latch broke. The pawl flew out of its seat. It’s better to disassemble and fix it right away.
