  1. Thermarest use uv curing glue to fix small punctures. I had an Exped pillow that leaked in the same place as you’ve highlighted. The UV glue trick worked for about 2 weeks until the air leaked again. I scrapped the exped pillow. I cut it open and saw the whole seam was slowly peeling apart.

    Air pillows are about €2 at action or another cheap store.

    I have only fixed a seam hole once that worked well for long term. This was a neo air polar 2, which has quite a different seam.

    I personally use a tiny tube of diving sealant – designed to be waterproof yet a bit flexible which prevents brittleness and recracking.

    Submerge in a sink, sharpie the hole, dry and plug
