We really repeating this after the colorado kid died?

i would recommend attaching ten foot wings to the sides of the bike to assist with gliding in the air

You need to do the math and calculate the speed required to clear it. Can’t really trial and error something like that.

More common sense which apparently is a super power these days…

More speed. Honestly, form/technique was fine. Can’t see the landing, but if it was steep enough and he went faster, probably would have pulled that off.
Still batshit insane though.

We almost got our own Seth Enslow, but he was going too slow unfortunately.

before he took off, he needed to say “I am speed”
It looks like he didn’t carry enough speed. He seemed balanced in the air otherwise.
Going faster…..
By moving the landing 10 feet closer

A dude attempting this road gap doesn’t have any technique issues that can be solved by Reddit.
Yeah it was probably just a little technique adjustment that he needed
He only hit X once. Should have double jumped
Speed.
For those wondering I did some digging and apparently the guy came out of this with just a broken foot ( https://cyclingmagazine.ca/mtb/viral-spanish-road-gap-crash-sparks-outrage-and-investigation/ ). Insane. Jumps like this need the basic math done for sure.
People are right the type of rider is pretty advanced and amateurs on reddit don’t have that much to offer
But one reasonably advanced technique he could try is to beat the ever loving shit out of whoever built this death trap improperly
That technique can be tricky with a broken foot
More frantic pedaling, even in the air.
Honestly, it seems like he needed to be coming off a kicker not a drop.
Jumping is easy. Landing can be the hardest challenge.
I’ve read that wind gust made him crash.
needed more redbull before dropping in
Reminds me of this:
