  1. this might be a Bertoni frame, but don’t quote me on that. are you located in the US by chance?

Bertoni was a boutique brand of Univega, which was managed by Lawee Inc., which was an importer of bicycle frames from Italy during the 70s. these frames were built mostly by Daccordi but there are a few frames that were made by Bianchi too.

the reason I brought up the US thing is because Bertoni were only sold in the US iirc and were just imported Daccordi frames under a different name. the lugs seem to match the Daccordi ones from the 70s but I can’t tell you if the dropouts are a match or not.

but fwiw do know that there were loads of niche Italian manufacturers of frames since Campagnolo frame jigs were everywhere back then. hell, I know of some frame builders that still use jigs from 1936.

just know I could very well be wrong with my guess.
