I have bought the tubus cargo evo 28 in order to attach it to my canyon grizl XS and go on an bikepacking trip.
The rack fell immediately as soon as I started riding. I noticed that nothing is actually holding the rack in place.
The metal bars that attach to the frame and go through the silver alumiunium bits, just go out with the slighets bit of pull.
What is actually supposed to hold the bars there?
Does anybody with this rack have the same experience? I managed to hack a solution together by strapping the rack to the seatpost, but I would hope for something a bit nicer, given its quite an expensive rack.
