The idea came to me in prison I was dreaming of a kebab It’s on kebab alarm Best, we come by here from time to time The cell Work starts at 8:30 a.m. Good morning Come in I’m Osman I’m 30 years old, they also call me “The Cell” I run a snack bar and I enjoy cooking You have your freezer here in your bedroom is also unusual, right, the catering industry, the love of catering and that’s why I needed a freezer for my snack bar which is 100 m from my front door and yes , it doesn’t bother me, on the contrary, when I look at it I usually have to grin and think, so cool, I just have a freezer in my one-room apartment Where did you grow up? I grew up here in Reinickendorf in the Märkisches Viertel I’ve lived here since I was 30, we moved here when I was 6, so for 24 years now Before that we lived in Wedding on Wolterstrasse and yes, I’ve always grown up here That’s why I feel very comfortable here too and I really enjoy my job because I know 90% of the people I serve and yes and where are your parents from My parents, we are from Turkey but we are Kurds and we come from Turkey from Urfa we are from Shan Urfa and yes and what is home for you Berlin yes Berlin is my home The cell Berlin but you also have a great balcony here with a panoramic view right so from here you can see all of Berlin I would say you can see as far as Alexanderplatz right my dream is to bring “The cell” to the city right there in the middle where Alexanderplatz is where Hackescher Markt is “Sky is the limit” Good morning Ahmet my older brother a wonderful good morning best man here thank you best kebabs “The cell” thank you I always have to come to you you are my contact person for vegetables just a moment Ahmed Abi is by the way my old former friend from prison he served 9 years himself may I say for what for robbery yes unfortunately unfortunately went astray yes back then we were young and how come you now Here again, by chance we saw each other again, after so many years and were you in prison the whole time? He served 9 years, I served 4 years 11 months, he served longer, yes, then let’s get started. My brother , greetings, iceberg lettuce. What’s the deal with the number on the car? The number is the book number you have in prison , 721 10 7. I was the 721 inmate in 2010, house 7. Did you build the car yourself ? Well , not really. I bought the car naked, there was nothing on it and it was completely red inside , now that I’m standing there, I really wanted it to be like it is, that a man looks out of the window , oh my father , that a man looks out of the window, through the bars, selling kebabs, giving out kebabs. How did you actually get into crime? I slipped into crime because I wanted to make quick money, I wanted to live freely, I wanted to treat myself to things, I simply wanted recognition from the streets and so I went out and committed burglaries, robbed people and later when my parents had less time for me because of my brother. My brother fell ill very early on and as a result I slipped even more into the streets and sought even more recognition and that’s how I slipped into crime I would say and when did you process the whole thing during your time in prison did you also have psychological support yes, so during my time in prison my brother also left us and during my time in prison I had time to think about all of my mistakes, about life and death well to be honest I didn’t really notice it that way I didn’t think my brother was gone and when I got out and walked to the cemetery and looked for his name I realized that it was true and then you think twice and three times about what the meaning of life is and I quickly realized that the meaning is not money the meaning is not parties, clothes, chains or watches or fast cars but the meaning is to have a good healthy life and to maintain a healthy environment and the meaning is also to make yourself and those around you happy and not to look for happiness in some kind of money you had the sauces in the fridge last night of course I have them in the fridge of course I had it in the fridge and they were wrapped in foil. My brother had already taken the foil off, but always keep it cool. The doner kebab skewer is delivered in the morning (shock-frozen) at around 5 or 6 o’clock and yes , because they have such a route they drive through Berlin and supply the doner shops and that’s why it’s already hanging there when I unpack it, you’ll notice that it’s not a normal minced skewer , it’s a 50:50 skewer. The original Berlin doner kebab should be 30:70, so 70% minced meat and 30% sliced meat , but I wanted it to be even more special and asked my supplier if they could make me 50:50, so that more meat is more meat means more flavor. That’s why I have a very, very, very good skewer today in my opinion. Yes, the red cabbage also comes from home. The red cabbage is also cut the day before, peeled, peeled and cut , and now it’s marinated. Then I’ll take you with me to see how I marinate it. Sugar, lemon juice, vegetable oil. Can you also Please throw it out in the back of the trolley, you can take it with you straight away, thank you. My personal favorite spice is sumac, I always like to put it in the red cabbage. Sumac is wild lemon, I don’t know, wild lemon is what it’s called , it’s just a lemon with flavor, like wild lemon, like pomegranate. I make my red cabbage differently to the other kebab shops. What size did you start with, a 0.5 l bottle, so small , about that, yes, that’s how it all started , my dear , then we’ll start with the thing, okay, my dad always says the more you massage it the tastier it becomes, so massage for a long time, mix the spices with the red cabbage and mix well, okay, we’ve massaged enough , let’s carry on What exactly is your backstory? My backstory to the cell how “The Cell” came about how the idea came about is very classic I was in prison it was just such a hot summer day it was 36° it was a Saturday I was in my cell we had no information because there were not enough officers there the cell door opened and Mr. Krüger said: “Mr. Alakus today we’re having soup.” I put my bowl forward okay he puts the ladle in the soup and gives me a ladle I look at the soup and say: “Mr. Krüger, what kind of soup is this?” He says: “Mr. Alakus, this is savoy cabbage soup” with a really fat bay leaf and just such a poisonous green. I thought it came from some sewer system. I went into my cell. There were also slices of bread . Each piece of toast was so thick and there was also blackcurrant jelly and a liter of milk. I went into the cell and looked into my bowl and thought to myself, I’m supposed to eat this now and I got so emotional. I thought to myself, what kind of life is this? It’s 36°C, the soup felt like 40°C and looked like mush and I easily started to cry, tears of anger. Yes, I thought to myself, okay, one day I’ll get out and I’ll open the cell. It just came to me like that. I’ll offer first-class food in the cell and the name will be the cell and I’ll serve it in bowls, my food like the lattice bowl and it will be a little world that you can look into and just lose yourself in. I thought to myself, that’s the contrast to the shop , but I thought to myself, so that this To make my dream come true, I have to slurp this soup and with a grin and tears like Joker I ate it down to the last drop even though it tasted really disgusting but I thought to myself, this is the magic potion if I don’t drink this magic potion my wishes won’t come true, yes, after the soup I realized what all I could do in prison, how I could structure my day From then on, it was like this: for example, I cooked for the people who were in preventive detention who never left their cells because they were such monsters. I cooked for them. There was a station for them. I went through the cell corridor and then pushed a card into each cell inmate’s cell. On the pieces of paper, it said things like cream sauce, Bolognese or cheeseburger. There were about eight or nine people and the majority won. I cooked it that day and gave it to everyone. I also had a good relationship with the prison officers who made it possible for me. A menu cost €8 to €9. cost with a drink and something sweet and then on the next shopping trip I got 8 9 € from each inmate so I increased my shopping you know so instead of 40 € I suddenly had 80 90 € you know and then I realized what I was actually doing in prison I dealt in food others dealt in cell phones others dealt in drugs some sold CDs I sold food that’s where it started and then I thought I have to expand I have to get out and carry on doing this kind of business because I make people happy and they pay me to make them happy so I put something in their stomach and they eat and become happy and that’s how it came about with me suddenly everyone wanted to do cooking group with me because they saw what talent I have how I chop and season things then I always left my sauces alone I cooked them and then I always let the spices in the sauce develop I think that’s what it ‘s called the sauce then developed the spices have developed and yes and so all in all I wanted to open the cell and then I started here at the weekly market I saw potential because here in Reinickendorf in the Märkisches Viertel there was nothing like that so I thought I would open the cell and take the first step towards independence if someone causes problems the siren goes off but we live by this recipe family recipe = 1 pinch of humor 1 touch of feeling 200 ml contentment 2 tsp each joy & fun 230 g trust 1 tbsp security 300 g home and 1 shot of love It’s like a giant orange that I now have to peel. The beef doner is delivered flash-frozen. Now, to check whether there’s anything stuck anywhere, before we fire it up, you can see all these beautiful layers of meat. “Boll Yaprak” which in German means lots of sliced meat and not many people have that . I do n’t want to exaggerate, but I’m one of the only ones who has it to this extent . Most of them in this mix, in this combination, in this mix. Because I really like eating myself, I simply asked my meat producer and he said, yes, it could actually be arranged and yes, since then I’ve had this special type of meat. I pay more for it , but in return I get this quality, this taste , you know, this taste is unique. I saw the Olsen Gang and Bud Spencer and Terence Hill. That’s just my childhood. Back then, I always watched Bud Spencer and Terence Hill on TV with my dad. The Olsen Gang was created by my late uncle, who came from Denmark. My dad showed it to me. My dad showed it to me. The Olsen Gang. The Today’s films or depictions are too extreme but they are so down to earth they were so cool and that’s why, to this day, when I see something like that somewhere I don’t switch on but carry on watching it and we start the day , careful , oops, careful, oh, freedom , freedom it’s nice and warm here, very warm in here Why did you actually build your own prison, yes, because the snack bar is called the cell and I wanted to stay true to the motto, I just wanted to give people food out of this hatch or give kebabs between the people here, that’s prison damage, I would say, it’s just like that, right now the kebab is done and now I have to set the temperature so that it stays nice and juicy, so that the juice stays in the kebab I’m really proud of my kebab because I know a lot of kebab shops where the skewer just dries out, but it’s also a bit of a science that it’s not just kebabs, kebabs are art How did you get the idea , well, the idea came to me, Olaf , in prison, I dreamed about a kebab and then I said, okay, I’ll get out and I will To make the best kebab in Germany and that’s how the idea came about. I simply dreamt about it and yes, since I come from a family business, the kebab thing wasn’t far from me. Some people play the guitar, I play the stove. As I said, I have to get the temperature exactly right. My top gas burner has just gone out because it doesn’t accept it. I do it very minimally so that it stays nice and juicy. You know, it should stay brown and at the same time, it shouldn’t cook any more , it should just keep warm. You know, I don’t know if you understand it, but that’s just my way of thinking. Wait, like this, that’s how it stays juicy. I’m going upstairs to get some onions and I’ll be right back. And how is it working with your brother? It’s going well , it’s good , it’s always fun , of course. Do you like kebabs yourself? Yes, will you let me through once, please wait. What was the matter with the tomato that you threw away? It was flat and I don’t want to mix it with the other tomatoes otherwise the others will also be watery and runny. I want to serve my customers well and not lose them. They have remained loyal and will remain so. If I put a plate in now then the whole tomato inside will become liquid. If I mix everything together, then the doner kebab will also be liquid, that’s the thing, always take the hard ones, not the soft ones, for example this one is nice and hard, just tomatoes and cucumber, the lady? yes and one stamp please, we’ll do it straight away. Where is Osman? come straight away, come straight away, yes, which sauce would you like, lady? garlic and herbs, I put herbs on the salad and I put garlic on the meat, yes, the lady, yes, okay , take the trolley back, yes, all right, thank you , thank you , you too, thank you , we’ll clean up straight away, thank you, everything’s fine , would you like it to take away or to go, please, what would you like, two doner kebabs, round or square bread , I can choose which bread you want, yes , of course, please, we’ll take the square one for you today. €1, I have change , of course I’ll wait, I’ll give it to you straight away. What does the lady get? Have a nice week, thank you, have you had your bonus card stamped, okay , eat in now or take away? take away, please. First time here? Bonus card? Should I give you one? Yes, please, and a Coke , regular one for 7.50 please, you’re always here on Thursdays or Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays three times a week, enjoy your meal, thank you, me too, bye The bonus card, what’s it for? It’s simply that here is my logo, the cell “The Cell” A taste that captures you Buy 10 doner kebabs, get 1 doner kebab free I remember that from my childhood and I wanted to carry on with it My dad had it too My dad had it in 2000 and I thought I’d carry on with it You know, your father had a kebab shop Right , he first had a container in Eberswalde and then he had a kebab shop in Berlin Schöneweide and yes, I grew up with it, we can turn it off, leave it juicy I always leave it nice and juicy I don’t want the doner kebab to dry out and I don’t want it to continue cooking I just don’t want it to stay the way it is right now, so juicy, so nice, nice with meat, so nice and liquid What makes our snack bar very special is that we try to make it the way each guest wants it, because some people like square bread, some like it round, some like only tomatoes, some like only cucumbers , so we really try to to cater to each guest and yes, that is what makes our snack bar very special I think So now we are going to make the caramelized onions That is also something special Or because that has, I don’t know, I have never heard of anyone offering caramelized onions with a doner kebab Right , well I said before that I really like cooking so it’s just part of it I’ve tried out a lot and at some point I noticed that fried caramelized onions go really well with a doner kebab and I tried it out I liked it and then I made it You could also just do it and buy ready-made sauces Yes, I could do that but that’s not my style I like doing it myself Especially since I put in my own spices, my extra things which of course should remain secret Do you hear that? Music in the time I’ll continue This picture Olaf We’ve had this picture in the family since I think 2003 or 2004 It lay in the cellar for a few years. Back then it was at my dad’s late-night shop or back then they called it a kiosk whatever it was . It hung above his till and as a ten-year-old or nine-year-old I always came to him in Schöneweide at the weekend and asked him what it was and then he told me, he brought him something to eat, that’s it, he just told me something, I always have a story and then I saw it in our cellar and thought it had to go in here somehow and then we brought it here and it just fit in perfectly with the ventilation if you look from here to here, it’s just as if it was made for it, you know , and today it’s hanging here like [Music] Some kebab shops have layered meat kebabs, 100%. Why don’t you have that? Because we live in, let’s say it’s stupid, a deprived area in a welfare area and people there have very little money for themselves and I would have to charge €8 or €9 for a doner kebab because it’s first class meat and that wouldn’t work here, which is why I deliberately chose very humane prices because we are in a very poor area, I don’t want to say a percentage but I would say more than half are on welfare, which is why a Yaprak doner kebab wouldn’t work here, I offered it on my social media area, I always ask my community on TikTok or Instagram what they think of it, whether they would like steak meat, and I didn’t get much feedback, I would say, and that’s why it’s stayed that way. I like the light, I don’t know, it calms me down, doner things are always doner things, doner kebab skewers are always so dry but it is, look how it is, it really is a picture, for me it’s a nice picture A doner box So a doner box? Yes, kebab box next to the siren. It’s an alarm . Kebab alarm. We put herbs on the fries and on the meat. I want to explain it to you . Herbs for the fries and on the meat. Garlic, yes, and a bit of hot sauce on top. It’s also our own recipe. I think garlic and herbs go very well together and a bit hot for the temperament. Cutlery, a nice napkin as a suit, so, lady, thank you very much, please do you need a fork or something? Napkin, no, no, it’s fine , thank you, enjoy your meal, have a nice day, thank you too, like this . I’ll cut the chips into small pieces so they’re nice on the fork, yes, great. Can I pay already? 10 € then please. Do you follow our TikTok channel or how did you know what new things we do? My colleague told me, your colleague , you are also on TikTok , yes, yes, on TikTok “Die Zelle Berlin” and we try to bring out a new special dish every month, take a good look, yes, please take it . Is that TikTok? please. And did you find out about it via Instagram or see a video? My colleague recommended this to me and said there’s something new here and then I just have these chips, like, okay, I ‘m curious now are you from around here too? yes, I am from around here I’m from Tiefenseher Street, I’m curious just a minute, I’ll take a quick look, my brother, wait, wait, I’ll call my brother I have a camera crew here today, a kebab please I have a camera crew here today , salad? no red cabbage, everything else, yes, sauces please sir? full of love, like Spongebob So, my dear, please mix well, yes, yes, enjoy your meal, my friend , thank you. Thank you too. The best, easy to recommend sauces, everything goes perfectly with the taste of fries, these chips with cheese are easy to recommend, in my opinion, okay , the caramelised onions need to be done by now. I’m deliberately leaving it like this, I could have rinsed it out now, but I want this onion flavour to combine with the cheese. We need to wait a moment until it bubbles so that the cheese sauce becomes nice and creamy, yes, can you give me the Vegeta seasoning, please? The inspiration for the cheese sauce or for the Chili Cheese Doner came from a very well-known burger shop in Berlin, Mr Patty , that’s him and he makes very tasty burgers, best wishes go out to Mr Patty, by the way , and he has a really great box with burgers and cheese sauce and then I thought about whether you could do that with doner kebabs too and yes, that’s how I came up with the cheese sauce . Did you like it? Super easy to recommend, thank you my dear, don’t forget to follow him, thank you , I really do scrape it out until the last drop because the cheese in the can is very expensive and that’s why, for the people who are now saying, yes, he scrapes everything out, yes, I deliberately scrape it out because I pay money for it and, as I said, the cheese is very expensive, no problem, what is that sauce, the cheese sauce, you like your kebab very classic, yes, the best kebab , here in Wittenau, really the best kebab , you eat it here every now and then, not always, but it’s here three times a week, the Osman three times, three times a week I eat my kebab here, you have a lot of regular customers, right, we’re like a little family here, I’d say, Mashallah, my grandson, nice, I have a guest who always comes here and he orders the Quadro kebab , Quadro means with all three types of cheese that I have, Halumi cheese, sheep’s cheese and here the Irish cheddar cheese, why does he say you’re a fighter, because he knows me, because he knows that I started with very little and I built it up like this and every time I see he has different ideas very good very good and when he started he didn’t even have a proper gas bottle yes but now I see it perfectly perfect I’m happy for my brother thank you my whole life has always been about food always everything has been about food when my dad had his kiosk my dad is also a very good cook I have to say he always had a little kitchen at the back and he was always putting something together and cooking it together and yes I think when you see something like that you want to do it too or want to expand like in my case my dad has already tried everything that I put on the menu and has also given his honest opinion and my mother is also a very good cook I have to say dad cooks more German, more European and mother likes to cook Kurdish Kurdish-Turkish together it was always a very good combination I think sometimes this, sometimes that yes Our cheese sauce is “al dente” that’s why bismillah bismillah nicely scrape everything out What are you doing You? Everything okay? We have Moodi Foodi here today. Today we’ll only cut from the top when Rakan is here. No problem. A kebab for everyone? Yes. To warm up, round or square bread? Which bread do you want? You know I make something good. They also like to come and eat kebabs at my place. Only from above, even with him, they are all former prisoners that I know from prison, they have high standards, you don’t eat your kebab everywhere , but I don’t hold it against them when they say you cut from the top or from the bottom, they are just guests, in German that means the customer is king, they are guests who have been in prison for a long time, they only want to be cut from the top. How long have you been in prison? Six, get me out, but I also have normal guests, not that you think there are only prisoners here, they are just the early risers who like to eat a kebab in the morning, quick, quick, the kebab tastes good, walla , say sauce, no, you eat a normal kebab first, yes, first a standard Berlin kebab, herbs, a bit spicy, please don’t fill it up too much, brother, very important, yes, yes, no tomatoes, no onions , red cabbage, iceberg lettuce, yes, a bit of cucumber, enjoy your meal , thank you, please, do you only eat here or somewhere else? no, I eat everywhere, everywhere , yes , eat here sometimes , but this is the first kebab here, let’s see how it tastes. I only eat from Osman, have you heard Do you only eat here? Yes, yes, definitely a regular customer for many years, ever since he’s been here, ever since he’s been here, privately. My boyfriend , put some tomatoes and a bit of onion, okay, my brother, enjoy your meal. I kiss your heart, my brother, by far the best kebab in Berlin, toast to Habibi. Well, now we come to the big question. Why were you in prison? I was in prison for robbery. I robbed people. I broke into apartments. I also committed violent crimes like assault. All of it wasn’t nice. Looking back, I would never do something like that again or move in such circles. But at the time, I lived fast and thought that was true crime. I thought everything had to be like Scarface, like The Godfather. Everything has to happen. You know, you just have that in your head. You thought the films you watch were the truth. You know, On the Streets of the Bronx. That film had a big impact on me and that’s how I made my money. And then, thank God, I said today that I didn’t get the whole sentence because I behaved well. Because I realized in prison that this can’t go on. I have to change something. And yes, today I’m sitting here and I can say that I’m a different person. I’ve been rehabilitated, but the rehabilitation came from within me. Yes, I wanted it that way. I didn’t want to live that life anymore. I also have no contact with that underworld anymore. Let’s put it this way. I just have a Healthy circle of friends, yes , but no longer those who are somehow connected to crime. Most of my friends have been rehabilitated or are now on the straight and narrow, but not people who somehow take something away from others or sell drugs or sell women or anything like that. I have nothing to do with that anymore. I have been living a crime-free life for 5 years, a social life , and I am trying to become successful with my snack bar and my social media, which I am managing to do, thank God. I wrote to you, Moodi Foodi, it is a great honor for me to film and do this with you here today because I wanted to, I didn’t want to talk to anyone about it, it was really important to me that you did this with me, no curry powder or with me, is that Coca-Cola? Of course, my sweetie. Which bread do you want? Round or square bread, just mayo, yes, but only mayo tastes good? Yes, walla, it tastes good, thank you for the aroma, don’t spray the rain in my face, Hakiki can pack it up, spicy, it’s very spicy, I’ll make you a bit, should I put some chips in for you, do you want something for the crunchy part, just onions and red cabbage , yes, do you want to eat it now or take it with you, take it with you, okay , I’ll invite him, Osman, okay, he’s inviting you, said it’s a gift from me, he ‘s inviting you, thank you , enjoy, yes , I can see too, it’s really warm in here right now, okay, do you do it with caramelized onions, yes, new style with a beard, sometimes like this, sometimes like that, you know, garlic, spicy, please, that’s enough, thank you, man , please, enjoy your meal , it’s completely different with the onions, it’s crazy, completely different, be honest , can I ask you something, are you a regular customer here , of course, I’m here every other day, what’s it about the kebab and the person, of course, he’s a very likeable, good salesman and always has new creative ideas, his ideas are amazing, I’ve never seen a Dubai kebab made anywhere in Berlin, he’s managed it, caramelized onions, never in Berlin saw that someone had made a doner kebab with caramelized onions that’s why we’re here but more of course because of the young man here thank you I’m glad to hear that always playing with it I mean it’s really my instrument there are kebab shops I don’t always want the kebab shops but it’s just the naked truth they just don’t let it go you know but if you don’t play with it then you don’t get what I like this juicy this you know that’s why I play it turn it down a bit turn it up a bit adjust it this that but that’s how my guitar is later when there’s more going on and then I turn everything on then the guitar is really making music but that’s how it is right now this is a little song why do you always say music because this is music for me here music chili cheese cheese or how no normal doner yes yes are you making a doner for Devin brother should I make pide bread or round how would you like it with homemade bread or homemade So brother which sauce should I make for you herb garlic spicy all three yes salad too everything brother no just onions just onions yes a few chili flakes or are the chips okay do you always have to pay extra or do you have to get something to eat from you my dear two doner kebabs please in round bread or square make some round bread I’ll make you my dear brother looks good what have you done with the round one yes my dear looks very tasty have a go that is a real doner kebab you are a gourmet Devin definitely really tasty really tasty enjoy it tastes really good are you often here too yes yes every now and then about two three times a month you can’t go wrong with that with you Dürüm or doner kebab I’ll have a doner kebab today some people have to force their luck once in a while put herbs and a bit of spice in it just a little and without onions yes thank you very much you’re welcome it looks delicious or are you often here too not just for pushing but also We often come by the cell at “The Cell” When we’re hungry we always come by here He makes us the best kebab Yes, I wanted to show you the weekly market today Our dear fellow participants at the beautiful weekly market He always has nice clothes Hi Sing Hi Hello They have nice clothes So if you visit me you are welcome to here The ladies and gentlemen Nice clothes in the back You can see how our guests take food from us and eat nicely in the park The families who have kebabs Dzień dobry Then we have our trusted perfumer Celaya, my brother You’ve really known each other for so long Yes, a really, really long time, since elementary school In any case, I also have special guests today from North Rhine-Westphalia and Berlin who came to visit me Fernando, tell us something My brother Ben and I have the podcast “Harleys & Halunken” Which means we talk a lot about the biker scene, about crime in general and we also do a lot of prevention for young people We ourselves have a criminal past, as you can say, and in the podcast we both have 15 years in prison, so to speak, and yes We’ve been a team for two months now, we founded the podcast and it’s going really well, and now I’d like to hand over the floor to my esteemed brother Ben, who’s already taking a sip of water because he always talks the most. I can only agree with the author of the book, he’s once again done his name proud, one sentence, four pages. I only came along because Fernando told me about the project here today. A mutual friend of the three of us also told me about the project. And then today I ventured to the west and took a look at the whole thing . I absolutely love what you’re doing here. I just said to Fernando, I can still remember the times. I moved out of home when I was 16 and lived off oatmeal, rice and ketchup for a really long time. And I come from the deep east, actually. I come from Cottbus. People there aren’t doing so well. We also have socially disadvantaged areas, and I think it’s great when someone thinks about how to feed people here at fair prices, which is really difficult at the moment, which is a really huge task that he’s undertaking, that’s why we Today we’ve eaten something here, had something to drink, it’s good my dear, everything’s great , go for it properly, he never has patience, perfect, like this , add cheese on top or perfect, like this , put it all on , go all out, you like cheese I think, or yes, cheese is always good, German tradition, yes, yes, exactly, you have to hand over the special roll, I’ll take the roll with me straight away, thank you, everything’s good, thank you . Some people, mum also said that the kebab we had last time was completely dry and this one? tasty and juicy tastes really good Mum and dad are here now hello this is Olaf Baba my dad has been a kebab pro for 30 years now I’d say this is for you thank you Osman thank you enjoy your meal my taste yes your taste extra hot extra lots of red cabbage my sauce what I made yes your sauce okay yes Osman is my first son the oldest he will be 30 years old now Osman was when he was little we as parents were beginners ourselves because he was a hyperactive child and we didn’t know how to deal with him and his problems started when he was 13 little things at school caused problems with friends And then it started with the police. Yes, maybe it’s also down to us. As I said, we were beginners too. Or how do you say it correctly in German? From the first child onwards, we were beginners. Then he went to prison in 2010 and then the problems started. How long was he in prison? Three and a half years . Yes, then he got out. Eight months later he went to prison again. But we crossed everything out. We made a very clean break. He became independent. Now he’s standing on his own two feet. And as parents, we’re very happy. We wish all the children who were like him lots of luck and lots of success. And I hope, thank God, that it stays that way for him. Yes, he has found himself. Probably . Yes, he’s starting his own business . He gives us kebabs every week. I only eat once under a waitress when we make his sauce and help him for three hours. It’s fun , you have to cut with love. Yes, every cut has to be like art. Yes , that tastes better. How is it with your parents? Did they also contribute to you getting back on the right track ? Of course, without family, without this support, I would perhaps be in a completely different place today. I think I would be back in Ended up in jail because you need a strong back, so I wish all children who were in prison like him or in his condition much success and they are welcome to come to Osmann, children and young people like that, he can give them a lot through his life experience because he talks a lot , very well and he can speak with talent. To the people who might see this and need help, support or don’t have anyone, you are welcome to contact me, be it TikTok Instagram, you can write me a message and they are welcome to come by and pick up a meal or get advice, as far as I can help, I came from the very bottom myself , that’s why I understand the people who go through this and I hereby officially ask for my help from all of Europe, the best kebabs here, I swear, no joke, when you see what he has become, you are proud of him, yes I am proud of him , he is a good person , he has a good, very clean heart and it all had to be this way, he has become a good person, thank God the prison kebab for my dear Olaf aka Moodi Foodi Enjoy your meal Chili Cheese for Moodi Foodi

Here we go! Hope to be back in Berlin soon. Love this city
Oh gott
Street food from prison that do not lie like no street food from prison. What country do you live in
Hachfleich 😂
