My first Vintage Bike. Which year is it from? Any tips for maintenance are appreciated.

Bought the bike a year ago for 100€. Sadly didn’t use it that much till now, but my next project is to clean it up and do any needed maintenance. I already put on new tires. Any helpful tips?
