I’m looking for any suggestions to fix a ticking noise coming from the front of the bike. I suspect it’s the brakes. It’s a new bike and has had this issue since I got it. I took it back to the shop three times. The mechanic adjusted the brakes and applied grease to the front rotor, but the ticking persists, as you can hear in the video. On the third visit, he said he had inspected the bike carefully, that it’s safe to ride, and that I should just live with it. However, the noise is really bothering me while riding—especially on a new bike. Any suggestions or advice on how to proceed would be much appreciated.

Sounds more like a creak, could be the headset. Some brands are a bit stingy on grease in the factory so it might need a bit more grease.
Also if your bike shop did actually grease your front rotor you need a new bike shop ASAP.
