Yesterday I went to the closing day of Timberline bike park for my first ride since back surgery and was in complete awe of how much fun it is. To boost my confidence I got a full back brace and full face helmet after two rides on the green I found my confidence. Progressed to blues and loved every single ride I took. Wishing I could go back next week for some more laps. Felt alive again after all my PT I am going through and being stuck all spring/summer not able to do anything.
