That first one technically didn't hinder any one. The second one was just dangerous…
Riesebeek doesn't seem to be the brightest candle on the cake – therefore right decision by UCI. The best move was made by the INEOS driver, who simply counter-attacked Riesebeek by his elbow, causing Riesebeek to fall.
