And after a few rides noticed that mechanical breaks (Tektro MD-C510) on this bike are super dangerous: on steep decline couldnt stop the bike and nearly crashed.
Also have problem with small hands/fingers so considering shimano 105 7025 levers that are specifically meant to solve this problem.
Made a budget upgrade build (see pic.), but not sure if this would work?

these are pretty solid, cable actuated hydraulic. or you can find similar stuff on aliexpress or wherever: https://www.statebicycle.com/collections/brakes-and-brake-parts/products/state-bicycle-co-all-road-disc-brake-caliper-cable-actuated-hydraulic
On aliexpress you can find calipers from a brand called rush (also under tanke I think) they have a hydraulic reservoir similar to the trp hy/rd and they supposedly work quite well considering they only cost like 50€ a pair. Maybe less by now. Trace Velo has a section or even a full video on them somewhere if you’re interested.
Cheaper option is something like trp hy-rd calipers that are maybe £80 per caliper
Going full hydraulic on the brakes is a good choice! But why the Deore derailleur and tan pan instead of GRX?
just make sure everything is compatible.
the 105 shifters are designed for a 2x drive train, so you’d be looking for a 1x option if available.
I’m also unsure if deore will work with drop bar shifters, deore being mtb works with a different shifter design and likely different pull ratio. look for grx.
Also you may need a new front crank as its 10 speed, 11 speed chains tend to be narrower..
I would recommend grabbing a GRX RD if you can. I ran a tanpan for a long time and it was a headache to keep it shifting really nicely.
Are brake cables soft? You should buy real compressionless cables, they will tranform your brakes. I suggest *Yokozuna Reaction*
TRP Spyre

I would just upgrade the brake calipers to trp spyres or some mechanical hydro calipers. You can try adjusting the reach on those sword levers as well.
Dos you try adjusting the current system? Unless you are flying downhill, newer brakes should be ok
Honestly, I know they’re well reviewed, but tanpans suuuck. They’re just so clunky and you’ll have to reset/fiddle with it regularly.
