    Yes you can the low rider style of rack is usually suitable when you have the one strut access low on the fork in combination with the fork crown. However I would recommend going down the route of using the thru axel to mount a rack check out old man mountain for options plus you can use that on other bikes in the future

  2. It appears you have lower eyelets by the dropout? It would be weird to me that they wouldn’t have them and have the fork mounts. If so, yes, you can install almost any standard rack. You should consult your manufacturer for weight limits, especially if that is an aluminum fork.

    That upper eyelet generally is not used for racks (I have seen some baskets attach), but for fenders and/or lights/reflectors.
