Are those stickers on the seat tube? They make it look like a taxi ngl, id remove those and get a matching wheelset
1 remove all of the stickers and all of the shit that’s dangling from different parts of the bike, that’s like 95% of it
2 remove whatever the red stuff is on your handlebars
3 black straps
4 get a used qr road front wheel, something that used to be a little bit cool in its day, like a shimano wh-r540, campagnolo with g3 spoke pattern, gipiemme grecal, mavic helium or ksyrium, paired spoke bontrager race lite… depends what pops up in your area that you can pick up for cheap – you might even go spinergy or hed
