I have a bad habit of checking FB Marketplace on a regular basis, and buying old cheap vintage bikes…. at the moment I have too many project bikes and have sort of made a self-imposed rule to not buy any more unless it's an absolute steal.
With that said, this bike recently popped up for sale near me, and I think in my size. $450 seems decent, I think I've seen other Ti bikes, mostly litespeed, selling around $700, but I'm not familiar with this Habanero brand. It seems to have a good selection of parts and could presumably function well as a road, gravel, or even commuter bike. If I bought it, I'd probably end up riding and comparing it to my early 2000's Team Fuji (last picture) and selling one or the other as there seems to be some overlap in their purposes.
So long story short, just want to know if this is a good enough deal that it would be foolish to pass up on. Also is there anything to watch out for on this?
