Wow, nice find! Not sure what your plans are, but I love the old school lx group, especially that crankset. I would love to see how it looks all cleaned up, and without the dorky bits (plastic dork disc, reflectors, toe clips, seat pad, etc.).

I have a similar 930 frame, and it makes a sweet bike that makes me wonder about finding a 950 or 970. If I were you I’d think carefully before radically changing anything. E.g. drivetrain and brakes should work very well and “modernizing” them isn’t necessarily going to give a big payoff. One thing *I* would want to change is the stem and bars, as I don’t love that far-forward reach of that era.
