Sorry this has happened to you
Appears that someone has ridden your bike into something solid, such as a tree. Minimum you’ll need is a front wheel but probably worth checking the fork and headset for cracks

If you have the correct torx driver, pull the disk off the front rim. Pull the tire and tube off the rim and look for the same size rim with a disc mount with the same number of mounting screws. You may want to ensure it also has the same type/width axle and takes the same type of tube, but that will just save you from having to buy a tube and isn’t a deal breaker. You should be able to buy a used wheel in your area pretty cheap.

Look up if there’s any bike co-op in your area. They are non-profit and there’s a good chance they can hook you up for cheap given your situation

I can’t say about the fixing part, but do you have a lock to lock it when you don’t have it with you? If not I would look into it.

New/replacement front wheel at least. As for the rear motor, unfortunately that could be any number of things that a mechanic familiar with those can figure out. A bike co-op is the least expensive option if you have one in your area. I’ve helped many unhoused people fix their bikes at my local one (and I’m the only mechanic who knows e-bike systems). I wish you the best.

There’s a chance the rim can be straighten again and with proper tension of the spokes its still good to use. If you have a spoke key and time there are lots of good videos on how-to. But you gotta learn the way to do it right or you might end up fully destroying the rim.
