Endurace CF7 DI2 frame covers

Hi,
does anyone know the exact spare part for those frame covers?
They fell off at the first ride and I wrote the Canyon support for the third time now. They sent me the wrong cover twice (first time for a mechanical shift, so with a hole in the cover, second time closed but way too big).
Now the support send me this link

but I think it‘s still the wrong cover for the mechanical Shifting.

And they they told me, that I have to buy it by myself for 30€, because they already sent me covers twice.
I know, it‘s just a small thing, but it‘s just frustrating for such a expensive bike and the support is really not great.
Does anybody now the exact spare part for those covers?
