this is day 41 riding home from Rome we left Roberto’s feeling very well rested and ready to tackle a big day we joined the Eurov 7 or Sunroot stopping for second breakfast in Sang Goian before we got too stuck into the proceedings of the day it was nice to be pedaling again doing what we do best we took a quick lunch in Mirandola on a very well-kept park bench area disaster struck just before Mantover with Jess’s rear gear cable snapping again before we could have a quick look around for a gelato after getting it fixed we had a late finish getting into camp just before sunset and then a picky tea to finish the day another 88 mi in the bank catch us tomorrow for day 43 heading home from Rome
