The commute in trivial as I live 2 miles away from my office and can stay mostly on a dedicated bike trail.

get the cannondale, the no brand is a temu death trap
Cannondale have a better frame, normally a different type of aluminum and I think the gears looks better quality, so it’s your own decision
Like /u/Kuster12 said, don’t get the no-named bike. It doesn’t have a brand name on it for various reasons, none are positive, that I can think of.
My bet would be on the Cannondale, but honestly either way, they’re both pretty good.
I’d just go with the Cannondale. Roughly where do you live? I would happily search local markets for you and see if I could find anything better. Feel free to DM if you want input
