The pattern for 3x is “over, over, under” when lacing the outbound spokes (usually the spokes laced last).
So, some of the spokes that have the spokes head on the inside of the hub flange should go over the first two spokes it crosses, then it should go under the last spoke.
If you have a front wheel, use that as a reference point. Should most likely be the same spoke cross pattern and lacing pattern.

What size are those tires? They look good
