    What shutter speed did you end up using to get the nice motion blur?
    Do you just spam shots as they fly by and hope one is in sync with them?

    Really nice panning shots. Not really any criticism for these. If I were one of the riders I’d be very happy with these. You could maybe do something interesting with the compositions or editing. Look at Ashley and Jered Gruber’s work, I think they’re some of the best cycling photographers out there.

  3. Thank you for sharing. I like these, but IMO, blurry grass in the front of the riders is a little jarring on my eyes at least.

  4. I assume you are panning the camera to track the riders. I am wondering how you do that? Is the a tripod attachment that does smooth panning. Is it manual panning?

    A pro tip for you is that those with the handlebars in the middle are not cyclists

    They are filthy triathletes and we do not claim them
