Took my m600 cannondale on an overnighter with some awesome friends. I love this bike so much and i don’t think i ever wanna get rid of it! I would like a 700c touring bike with some big tire clearance, think Rivendell, without the arm and leg price tag, any suggestions?

Seeing folks go bikepacking with my exact front rack and just whatever fits on that makes me want to go for an overnighter
