Hello, I am going to test ride and possibly buy this Nishiki Century “sport series” Mixte bike. It is listed for $120, but the seller says it needs a new tire. Is that a fair price? She originally listed it for $60 which tells me she didn’t buy it for much.
I can’t find much info about this particular bike. Any info or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
