I placed a reservation for an FX+2 Hybrid E-Bike and I thought the fenders and rear rack might be dead weight when it’s not raining and I’m not carrying any cargo with me, it’s also another thing to worry about when leaving it out when im in school. I was wondering if there is any way to remove them, the rear light also looks welded into the rack and if it’s powered by the battery it’s likely connected through the rack so I’m not sure if I can remove the rack from the light without having to rip a cord out. I was thinking if I could remove the light then I could somehow attach it to the rear of the bike seat. If anyone knows how they removed the rear rack/fenders from their FX+2 please let me know how, thanks.
