Protect the frame using some tape or something. After that, smash a one size bigger torx inside with a hammer a try again. If this doesn’t work, more tape to protect the frame and use some good pliers.

Vise grips. Get some replacements ready. It is possible that they bit into the paint a bit and so are now a bit painted in.

Bolt extractor bits.
Also since these screws are stainless in an aluminium frame, there might be contact corrosion.
if it were me putting the screw in i would have used loctite to isolate the electrical connection between the two metals. Loctite needs to be heated (hair dryer) and then lets the screw go easily.

Cheapest way: visit bike shop or auto service (if you are sure that worker is not bike hater).
Idea of smashing torx bit looks nice untill you understand that metal is epic thin.
Good quality extractor is a good solution, but for single use it can be a bit expensive.
Drilling out will work, but you have to be experienced or lucky.

Dry ice the bolt heads and maybe they will shrink enough to loosen up

cut a piece of rubber from a balloon, put it over the screw and try again with an allen key (so that the rubber is between the screw and the key). might give you just that little more grip that you need. or it might not, but worth a try.
