So I’ve been driving my dad’s Shwinn Traveler for a little while. It’s great and I Luke it a lot, but it’s just a bit too big. I’m looking for a vintage racing bike with a frame that fits my size to have for myself, and I found this Motobecane. Now I understand it’s a fairly good brand for the price, and since it’s a ladies bike it’s likely to fit me (I will be trying it to find out though). What I’m wondering is what do I look out for when viewing the bike to check the working condition of it and the expected performance? I really only know my mom’s and dad’s bikes outside of the modern bikes I’ve owned myself. And only my dad’s is a racing bike. I’d appreciate a few pointers.
