With the bars that way and the broken chain, it’s 80% probably stolen

But if you can haggle you can get it cheaper. If not $200 is a fair price

The back wheel alone is worth 200$, probably stolen , and yeah no body rides bars that way.
That stem is a history piece and worth some money to the right person

I mean maybe it was just ridden hard and the chain broke and the bars got shifted that way on a hard landing but probably not I knew a kid that sold all kinds of bikes like this that he built from parts he bought in bulk idk from where but he seemed too square and had a top notch personal ride that he actually rode and was pretty good street rider I would have thought the bikes were stolen but not by the seller however each case is different if it was me I would have said 100$ it don’t even ride and probably ended up at 125 or 150 but all the warnings are there on this one
Wtf is going on with that half laced rear wheel?! I’m gonna go out on a limb here and guess it’s stolen. those are good parts, like $1000 at least including the frame. No chain, fucked wheel lacing, Chicago bars. Definitely stolen.
