The bearing has gone in my freehub. I’m trying to find the correct part for a replacement, my bike guy advised I contact Merida, Merida have said they can’t tell without me removing it and sending more pictures

Special tool
Depends on the hub. Some can be pulled off.
If it doesn’t just pull off (might require a bit of force) you will need to remove the axle and will need a large Alan key (usually between 10-15mm) to unthread the freehub body.

If the dealer can’t figure it out with the shown part #, that’s fucked.
Well, either it’s held on by a 10 mil Allen key under the bearing or it’ll pull right off
