Hey there! So just for context; I am still fairly new to the mtn biking life, bought my bike from someone off of FB marketplace 2 years ago (I know, first mistake but I was eager and poor and new to the game) I did my research on which bike would work well for someone with little to no experience and VIOLA!, My stumpy became my best friend. This spring when I went to ride for a test run before getting it serviced for the season, my shock completely collapsed and continues to collapse under any weight. Ive been debating just getting everything for it and fixing it myself but I worry I'll mess it up more and break it. I sent a service request to FOX and are still awaiting a response for if they have parts to fix it but wanted to look for a replacement just incase they can't fix it. The shock I have is a FOX Triad, it came with the bike originally and everywhere I've looked for the exact one but come up empty due to it being custom to the bike itself. Any advice, tips, links to replacements would really help! Added pictures just to show what it looks like
