Day 6 of 75 Hard: Biking Zalew Zemborzycki in Lublin, Poland

811 this right behind me is Salaf Jean Bjitki is a manuilt lake that was uh done in the 1970s by the communist government here in Poland i believe one of the main reasons was for it to be like an attraction for uh the population here near Lublin to go and relax especially since travel was limited back then so people would actually just come here and go swimming i used to swim here when I was a child although the water’s water is really disgusting so wouldn’t recommend that but uh I mean it looks quite nice surrounded by forests on the outskirts of Lublin and we’re about to go on a bike ride around around it [Music] letting go just keep on going [Music] into the belly into the chest and let go [Music] back yes push [Music] first time weighing myself in a while from what I could tell it’s like 96 and 12 kilos and see how I do after day 75 made some chicken sweet potatoes and apples [Music] 5:08 p.m on my way to the train station
