It only does it when I coast. Any sort of light peddling it immediately stops. I’m assuming it’s something with the brakes, but any direction would be great. It’s an older Specialized Epic Carbon Comp if that makes any difference.

There’s probably a ghost in the frame
I had a weird noise similar to that this weekend – would build up as my coasting speed increased heading downhill. Turns out my axle just needed greasing (and cleaned the dust out from the ports)
Your rotor is rubbing HARD. Maybe even rubbing the edge of the caliper, needs adjusted.
Or your bike was an opera singer in it’s past life.
I think it’s the discbrake. It’s what it sounds like. Same problem a few weeks ago.
Your bike is happy to be taken for a ride!
BTW your caliper needs to be realigned.
