I had this idea for a BMX backflip done entirely on flat ground — no ramps, no kickers, just raw speed and timing.

The idea is: you go full speed, hop off the bike while staying parallel to the frame, grip tight, and redirect the bike’s momentum upward while you jump with it — causing both you and the bike to flip back.

I know it sounds stupid. But maybe it’s not? I made this 4-step sketch to show what I mean.

İ don't know if it's possible or it will be ever tried. But it seems insanely difficult but possible to me.

Until people can do hop backflips, it’s not going to be possible. People do flip drop ins, because there enough time to do a flip when you can also drop a handful of feet below where you started.

But if you have to extend your body and not ball up, the flip will be slower. Meaning you’ll need an even bigger drop or more time to spin around.

Currently don’t see anyone doing this in the next 10 years
