Italian sports bike, mid 1970s, from a manufacturer from Pavia.
The shape of the handlebar is light and particular, placing it among the "Condorines".
Conservative restoration, only the consumables were replaced (brake sheaths, cables, brake pads, some bearing balls that I found broken, tyres).
