I’ve noticed that the frame and stem hinge clamp bolts on my C Line Explore can wiggle slightly in the parts that they thread into. They haven’t come loose while riding, but I’m worried that the threads on the frame are stripping. Is my frame hosed? Thanks for any help.

That’s normal, the threads are quite coarse to make screwing it in and out quicker, the downside is you end up with more play in them vs a fine pitched thread.

Yes, that’s normal.
It doesn’t matter in when unfolded because the job of the clamp bolt is to keep the clamp down, and there wouldn’t be any sideways movement (unless your clamp is too bent and needs changing) because the clamp is secured to the frame.
