Got my new canyon Grizl last month, been thoroughly enjoying it!
Was out riding when my chain unexpectedly dropped off the big ring. Before I could come to a stop, it had already chewed into the frame near the bottom bracket.
You can see the scarring near the crank arm, it’s right where the chain got wedged in. I’m trying to figure out if this Is this just cosmetic damage?
