A good upgrade (and a good deal)?

I’m currently riding a 2014 Roubaix SL4 Expert and have been causally keeping an eye on FB marketplace for a potential upgrade.

Does anyone have any opinions on this Scott Addict 10? The price seems quite good. (The seller looks legit but the listing looks a bit questionable)
