you a little bit too well shall we say thank you guys well we’re heading towards Fort William now so I’m hoping that as we get nearer to Fort William the signal will get to the people who own the show i hope in hell that signal is going to come over that hill that’s next to me on the left so we got live we’re live now yeah we’ll just have to wait till it gets better hang on wait i’ll do a circle hi everyone so on today’s in the workshop working on the bike or the tricycle or recumbent there’s some detective stuff in one of the tires and this is the best bit take the other tire off and we’ve only got only got half the tire protected so obviously you can only run on this bit you don’t want to be working on that every like What the hell there you go there it is just [Music] Signal low says the real hills come soon plasma sponges says 60 kg yeah so the bike’s 60 kg fully loaded with everything I need to survive out here in the wilderness steam pasta says it all and I’m no longer a spring chicken i’m actually going to check my spokes i keep hearing dinging noises m Christopher says “Ouch yeah she’s heavy oh god come on [Applause] so on the steep hills like that it is very much hard work uh I have got uh a 40 to 42 tooth I think it is rear i’m sure that’s what it was so yeah I’ve got three chain rings on the front i’ve got 10 on the back biggest is 42 smallest is 11 i’m not sure what the front ones are i think they’re just the standard normal size you get on a mountain bike uh it’s a downhill mountain bike frame it’s got front suspension which is very soft cuz it’s more for floating not jumping i just want it to float over the bumps which it does uh I’ve got an air uh air rear shock on this downhill frame and I’ve had this frame since I was 18 so I’ve built like a a rear carrier on it on the frame not on the uh the rear suspension triangle or where the wheel mount mounts so all of my load is on the suspension and not on the bottom of the forks or the rear triangle so last year all this bike stuff they make is crap uh cuz all your load goes onto the bottom of the forks which then is an unsprung weight so you break front wheels you breaking spokes the rear’s the same you break rear bearings rear spokes so this thing as long as you don’t overdo it will just ride over all these bumps look I’ll go over all these and it it just bounces so you could probably take on like some of the places Jeremy Clarkson that have gone when they they done uh their off-road sessions i think this bike would be able to do that with ease did someone say they found me in Hitch’s stream yesterday cuz we raided Hitch last night [Applause] [Music] i nearly bumped into Sarah last year his uh his other half she was in my local area and I was about to go out and go live and uh when I was putting my stream title in I realized that she was kind of at the end of my road on on the main road post office says I don’t see anyone mentioning that i I thought someone said hitch i’m sure I saw Hitch in chat or was that a name I read maybe maybe it’s me seeing things cuz I know he’s looking to come here but I don’t know him personally so I can’t I don’t know how I’d get the information to him but Plasma you go into Hitch’s stream don’t you i think you’re over there quite a bit dean pasta says “Yeah there’s always someone who follows when you raid so we’ll see over time i used to spend a lot of time in other people’s streams when I was on Mixer i’d uh during the day at work I’d be in other people’s streams i’d have it on the desk while I was doing stuff and I have it in the background and I’d make little comments here and there all right where’s this road going right it’s telling me to go this way access for the right to Rome does not apply to this work site scottish outdoor access rights do not apply in the following places which include Okay so what does that mean does that mean I got to go another way this is the way it’s telling me to go what’s in England and he was on the main road to a place called home well thees to start with so uh I jumped in my little cab we got a little 1989 M1 Gold open here yay he’s open which is higher so it probably means you can see that in 10 years time you’ll be cycling street in the country i want to call cuz I lost well then lost now oh afternoon better weather today no you don’t You know I’m just the people here live long many years from from winter tourism that’s gone because it’s so snow maybe a week within the year [Music] well I’m going to get on safe travels yeah yeah on but it’s nice to which I’m kind of racing but yeah I think we got quite a ways back here we go proper proper bumpy now got to use brakes on this oh yeah steam house says that is quite nice picture mate yeah nice one route steam Pass Doctor says was entered the other one that was for cyclist but this is due to it being closed no I think this is We’re back on it now we’re back on it they closed one bit of it we’ve gone past that bit what’s the nearest campsite steam pasta says “Yeah this is it there’s no uh there’s no other one.” Says “So you’re just a whiny cyclist then?” Yeah yeah i haven’t had a big breakfast today so I got to keep I have to have another bit of food in a minute need to get out the sun [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Applause] i want to fly down here but the speed wobbles it’s cuz coming under the trees martin 69 says jump in and pull yourself down can you actually see the size of some of these rocks some of these rocks are like golf balls i can I can take most of the uh I can me wrong I do moan about doing this because it is hard work but I will reap the benefits after I’ve done it and that’s the thing but it it does hurt getting up some of these hills is painful all right [Applause] trying to see what campsites we’ve got ahead of us but I’ve only got half a bottle of water left partying Martin 69 says “How long are you off the road for?” Your guess is as good as mine you would have thought we was in Norway but the trail was very very hard it’s very very hard work you’re putting in two to three times as much work than you normally would to try and get along it and if you hit a heel on it it’s uh I’m trying to cycle along this edge bit because it’s the smoothest bit of it if you go in the middle it’s just Melly’s 91 says some of us have to work to keep the kids and hiking route that goes right along the lock on this side i wish I’d gone on the road but I would it is beautiful i can’t it’s just so much hard work yeah where are you heading to today wherever I end up oh wow yeah yeah yeah i’m I’m heading back to the southeast eventually uh started in John Gros cuz last year I done lands to John Gros so I went wick John round to tho round some of the NC500 was 18 yeah I was going to say that it’s not It’s not a modern print no but it’s per so I’m going to I’m going to get fabricated when I get home we’re going to continue this make like a circle carrier so the wheel kind of goes almost into it with the mud guard and then bring the carrier down so these are lower okay and then put a disc on cuz at the moment it’s got a converter on it and we’re going to notch the frame to put bigger disc cuz Yeah i overheated that twice yeah it’s a lot of weight carrying i want a double I was going to get another set of forks and try and put a caliper on the other side have like a double disc on the front cuz you just can’t stop the weight it handles all right yeah but the weights a lot you do get a bit of a speed wobble but yeah there’s nothing I can buy on the market that can take this amount of abuse I don’t think uh no i would suggest not that that kind of wet go well even the turn turn mate one it’s got no suspension yeah today’s been really really hard i started uh Oh god what was it was it Oi my place i was camping the mid kind of the middle of there uh on one of the little cycle routes so from there to here I didn’t realize the cycle was and all the stuff on the suspension you just I don’t think you could put them through the same abuse could you not with that amount of weight on them I don’t think no they weren’t quite built the same way as the Well when I was 18 I was doing scaffold scaffold like I was going to say when I was 18 and that had double it had double forks on it and I was skying it off of steps and you you name it you I did it i broke forks i destroyed it the only thing I didn’t destroy was the frame and it never broke i destroyed rims i remember collapsing the back wheel i come down so hard I snap the pedal on the rear wheel and the frame’s still going so I’m thinking well if it took that but it was sitting on the wall i’m 47 now so it was probably sitting on a wall for from when I was in my early 25 onwards I was heading to Fort William but it was taking me down that way and you can go into Fort William that way but you would end up coming back out again to get to Neas if you want to go to the campsite okay uh there’s like a you’re basically campsite’s that way and you can go this way essentially so I would go straight up the road there take a right at the roundabout uh and then at the next roundabout take a left okay once you’re you’ll be in on the road up the Glenn then and then the campsites are the holiday parts okie dokie mate well thank you for that further along but you’ll you’ll afternoon at 5 and we are heading out yeah that’s the one that’s the one and we are going [Music] to go back and play again and then adults instead of kids i’ve turned the music off because that’s somewhere using the other encoder not sure what’s going on so it will only stream using the same encoder that it’s already running if I try and run a second one on the vertical it goes black screen last YouTube short last night while camps yeah there if you go and have a look now mate you’ll see it’s live so there’s a problem there somewhere i need to work out what the issue is cuz every time you do a different stream you’re kind of doubling up so if you use the same encoder you’re only using one encoder but it’s doing multiple things whereas if you use uh like uh recreate a new encoder it’s got it’s doing more basically it’s more heavy on the PC that’s all but yeah it’s now live on YouTube we just turn the music off that That’s the fix for the time being [Music] yeah not sure what’s going on the thing is if I was in the house I could probably do it easier but I might as well just sit here and play with it to be quite honest i can just do it while I’m live i just can’t see cuz in so which one of these is not liking so you’ve got video encoder HVC thank you mate i’m not sure why it doesn’t want to use the uh the other settings main profile you’ve got profile main 10 custom encoder options two americanos would you like any milk let’s look at the top hang on no so enabled you got the server name you got the key and all that stuff which is normal start stop streaming when OBS starts and stops yeah problem is if I use the main the main uh the main settings OBS settings it the music’s on channel one so when you stream to Twitch channel one has got everything on it the music and everything else channel two I select what I want on it so I might say I just want the audio from the camera and that’s it so it doesn’t you don’t have the overlay sounds and all that kind of stupid [ __ ] on it which is good for the VODs and good for YouTube but let’s try and use another thing then let’s try and use H 64 and see what happens we just keep changing settings until it works chilling it’s not going to get dark until like 10:00 so and there’s music playing in the background here yeah it wouldn’t allow me to use that so that’s the one I use for the normal stream and when you do the vertical it says use normal OBS settings which it was set to the problem is if I do that it uses the music because it uses the broadcast mix uh but using channel two audio you have to put the settings in manually and it just I think it’s because it’s already being used it won’t allow it to be used again maybe don’t know don’t know what’s going on maybe it needs to be activated and then it’s kind of pointless so I probably won’t go live until I get on the road and we got some internet steam past office says “Yeah nice to relax a bit.” I’m going to probably end up going I’ll go for a shower mate and I’ll be straight to bed once I found everything i’m going to have a little ride around first and have a look at stuff uh and then I need to upload all of the videos from this trip to YouTube because I couldn’t upload anything everything from the post office says “Yeah just go online when you’re ready to leave the camp.” Well you you think all the way from Wick to Jon Gro all the videos I’ve made from there that have gone up onto social media none of them could go to uh so I’m going to have to just download them from Tik Tok and reupload them to uh YouTube so this is your order number who should we raid guys can you uh who who’s live let’s have a look steam office says right from Twitch I guess yeah don’t don’t listen to me i don’t know what I’m doing today uh Zen’s live [Music] steam past says Zen uh no i might raise someone different today just to kind of spread the vibes you know what I mean i love Zen and that but I like to mix it up a little bit because every time I do a shout out or I do a raid it goes onto my social media and I like to kind of give everyone a kind of a raid so Steam Post Office says “Yeah that makes sense.” Yeah mr pole yeah let’s
