Wait, slime is green and used in tubes with small benefits. Tubeless is typically a white, orange, blue or pink and doesn’t require a tube.
Regardless, both applications should be topped off every 3 months or so depending on how hot the ambient temperature is and how frequently you use the tire.

You can check every so often. Remove the valve core and stick a toothpick or zip tie or something down there.

Depends on the sealant and climate. Mine will be bone dry in 2 months if I am lucky. Check after a month and see how it is going and top up accordingly.
