Telephoto lens and standing further back. Give you the separation of the bike and the background. That’s what all the bike magazines/websites do for that kind of photo.

Get one of those clear Perspex stands that pretty much disappear in the image, better than using the helmet. Shadowstand was the original, seems there are many copies available now.

What other people said, but also: put the gravel bike in its natural gravelly habitat, not on a paved street 😉

Also get lower to the ground for the shot. Get to the level of your subject, not just your eye level.
