Legit what? Are they claiming it is a specific brand? Looks like an early direct to consumer aluminum bike frame. It has what looks to be very cheap parts on it but better pictures would be helpful. These can be a pain to price as it is hard to determine what they paid for it new. I don’t love it at $365 but I don’t know what other options in your area are.

Don’t know your local market but this is a steep price for such a bike. Old tyres, unremarkable groupset, older bike in general.
I’m sure you can find something better for the same cash.
