That’s a great price. Those wheels are much newer than the frame, those are winspace hyper’s, very sought after and well reviewed carbon wheels that are also tubeless compatible. The wheels alone are like $1000.

If you don’t know much about bikes reconsider buying a rim brake bike with carbon wheels. Braking performance in the wet is severely limited and it does take experience to handle it.
