I just recently bought this endurace al 7 RB 2023 on Facebook marketplace. It’s been 3 days so far and I’m enjoying riding it, I’ve even gotten clipless pedals and shoes as I’m slowly falling in love with cycling.

However, I couldn’t really find a second hand price for the endurace al 7 RB when deciding to pull the trigger. The original price of the seller was 1800 and I was able to talk it down to 1600. I know it doesn’t come with hydraulic breaks but at the time it seemed like a fair price. Now having the Endurace all road come out recently at 1600CAD, I’m starting to regret my decision of purchasing the Endurace Al 7, seeing as how I could have gotten a new bike with hydraulic breaks.

Do you think I missed out/ got scammed or was it a fair price?

P.s it’s has Shimano 105 set and came with an additional handle bar(which I know is inexpensive and an additional mimic seat)

1600 CAD for a bike you enjoy riding is always a good deal.

On a serious note though yeah its a good deal with the mechanical 105, I’d say that bike should make you fall in love with the sport and you can upgrade to a better bike with time.

  2. There must be a reason you got this one – you like rim brakes, the design etc
But as to the “deal” part – i just ordered the newly released one yesterday for the same price. I guess mech 105 with rim brakes is fine, but I’m sure the new Cues is not worse, so personally i think you paid too much for this one. But again, maybe you wanted it and then it’s fine… although you’re somehow regretting it now so. Difficult situation.
